Why I bake

I am the person who always turns up with food. Cakes for birthdays, something for the neighbours, boxes when friends visit. I bake because I like sharing, and people usually come back for more.

My proudest bake

My pandan kaya chiffon. Fresh pandan, kaya cooked slowly, light sponge. It is the one people keep asking me to bring again.
