Why I bake

I started with family recipes. Then friends began asking for birthday boxes and weekend orders. I still make the things we grew up eating, but not only those.

My proudest bake

My ube ensaymada. Two days for the dough, homemade halaya, proper cheese. I have tried faster versions. I always go back.
